A photograph that I like

 


This, without a doubt, is a photograph that fills me with nostalgia and memories. This photo was taken at the house of my uncle who lived in Alto Hospcio city, in 2008, I'm not very sure. My older cousins ​​and I appear in it, their names are Camilo and Diego, I am the youngest in the photo. 

The reason why that photo fills me with memories is because my cousin Diego is no longer here. In May 2009, in a very complex situation, a stranger ended his life, I think it is not necessary to specify what happened or how, but it was a very hard moment for my whole family, since he always made everyone happy and we loved him very much.

I prefer to remember him as a happy person, full of dreams and that even though he was much older than me, he always gave himself some time to play or talk to me.

That is why this photo has a very important meaning for me, in it we are all smiling and we always enjoyed our time together a lot, despite our age differences and that we did not live in the same city, when we met everything was great. I don't have many memories to tell, since I was very young, but it is always nice when we keep those who are not in our hearts.

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

 Honestly, one of the things that I have realized that I would like to do when I finish my degree is to specialize in certain areas that have caught my attention, especially this year. I know that everything I have learned constitutes a very good foundation for my training as a sound engineer and artist, but I would love to be able to continue learning much more about music production, especially mixing, mastering and recording techniques. I would also like to do some kind of study in the area of ​​architectural acoustics, since I would like to be able to carry out measurements and simulations of rooms dedicated to professional sound. Changes to my study programme

 Since I started studying Sound Engineering at the Faculty of Arts, one of the things that most caught my attention, unlike other institutes that taught the career, was the completeness and diversity of the curriculum of the career. I had absolutely all those things that interested me when I was in high school, among them, music, obviously, technology and science. That was the reason why I entered to study, however now that I have been studying for almost 3 years, I have realized that there have been certain shortcomings within the university.
